feat: support deno

Description

Currently seems like node is the only way to work with vp.

Suggested solution

Would be ideal if users could decide what runtime/package manager to use if node+npm or deno or something else like bun even. Where if environment does not have node installed and only has deno everything would still run.

We are not planning on adding support for managing other runtimes at this time. You can use Vite+ with deno by changing your scripts and tasks to run deno directly.

Currently that's out of scope, you can use deno install instead of vp install, or add an install script that runs deno install when you do vp run install.
