Node 24.4.1 made import attributes immutable

Import type attribute of json imports has been supported without static "with" syntax declaration through extension detection in interface/load hook for backwards compatibility, although for browser compatibly it was already preferred to use "interface/resolve" that prompts a dynamic import specifying it.
If no solution can be found, json imports will have lost backwards compatibility, and meta/sanitize needs to adopt their attribution.
