Tracking issue for the update to OTEL 0.14.x

The following simplifications will be able to make with 0.14

• Do not ingore java core stream classes Make global ignore matchers configurable open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#2035
• Netty 4.0 public keys Make factory method for netty 4.0 attribute keys public open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#1995
• Use context in apache async client instrumentation Expose context in async apache HTTP client instrumentation open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#1951
• Remove testing bootstrap module
