Issue with command "coderoad build"

Describe the bug
When calling coderoad build, this error occurs

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. follow the tutorial to -practice-tutorial#build-the-configjson-file

2. After npm install -g @coderoad/cli, I have
   

3. turn on all permission:
   

4. sudo npm install -g @coderoad/cli, got
   

5. followed the two suggested command and got
   

Expected behavior
No errors, it will have created a tutorial.json file

I would venture to guess that NPM 12 is unsupported by this project.

I too am following the tutorial. I used NVM to install the the latest 23.6.1, for which I was able to successfully install the package:

$ npm install -g @coderoad/cli

added 23 packages in 3s

2 packages are looking for funding
  run `npm fund` for details

Please upgrade to at least Node 18, and try again.

Note: I did find that version 18 and 20 are supported, while 22+ are not. See #109 for details.
