This PR updates the CI GitHub Actions workflow to replace the inline npm “dev/prerelease” publishing job with a reusable workflow, and adjusts publish job dependencies accordingly.
Changes:
- Rename/replace the previous
npm-publish-buildjob withnpm-publish-devthat calls a reusable workflow. - Configure the reusable workflow call with
node_version: 22. - Remove
npm-publish-latest’s dependency on the dev/prerelease publish job.
