Maybe it is intentional because 2.* requires Version 5.1?

I wasn't sure if this was the right place to file this. I tried finding in in the repo.
The main reason I filed this was because maybe somethings not running

ThreadJob is now deprecated at 2.1.0. It's been renamed to Microsoft.PowerShell.ThreadJob. The issue for the repository links for both ThreadJob and Microsoft.PowerShell.ThreadJob on the Gallery are fixed.

However, I do see the ReadMe link needs updating. Thanks for the catch! #57
