Is there a reason why the MCP server spams MCP server "microsoft_learn": No token data found every second in Claude Code?

Similar behavior found by multiple users who use remote http MCP servers with Claude Code, seems like a bug in Claude Code. See: github/github-mcp-server#1013, anthropics/claude-code#23831
