Verification Process is terrible, can I be verified by an actual person?

Hi everyone,

I tried uploading my payslip, it uses an abbreviated school name, as it has a character limit and exports from a a old system.
I can only apply from my mobile and can't use screenshots / scans of documents and the camera quality is terrible.
We don't have an official letter, I can provide payslips and an email with my signature, this process is far to difficult and I'm considering just not engaging in the platform if I can't resolve this.
