Leaving Enterprise account deleted org #189694

When an organization downgrades from Enterprise Cloud trial, GitHub shouldn't normally delete repositories just from the downgrade itself. However, if the organization was deleted or converted incorrectly during the downgrade process, the data may no longer be accessible from the UI. A few things you should try immediately: Check the organization URL directly – sometimes the org still exists but you may have lost access due to permission changes. Check the owner accounts – only organization owners can see certain recovery options. Look for repository forks or local clones – if anyone on the team has a local clone, you can at least restore the repo history. Contact GitHub Support as soon as possible – GitHub may be able to recover deleted organizations or repositories if the request is made quickly. You can open a support request here: Since this happened today at 4pm, there’s a much better chance GitHub Support can restore the organization or its data from backups if you contact them quickly. Also include: The organization name Approximate time of deletion Confirmation that it occurred during a downgrade from Enterprise trial to Team GitHub Support is usually the only team that can restore deleted org data, so reaching out to them directly will be the fastest path to a resolution. |

Does anyone know what we should do in this situation. We had a trial organization for 28 days and decided to downgrade to a team plan with a small group of us, but when we down graded everything was deleted. How can we get our repos, issues, and such. What do we do now?
